Management Development

Managers, whether experienced or new to their posts, will always benefit from development. We have a wide portfolio of programmes covering Management Skills and Techniques. Programmes might be delivered in support of consultancy services; for instance, we often present in-house Health & Safety workshops.

Mentoring

Mentoring gives an opportunity to concentrate on one or a few members of staff. Senior staff that face major changes in responsibilities or in the business climate; benefit from confidential detailed guidance and assistance. Mentoring may be provided off-site, over the phone or by face-to-face discussions.

Training

Unlike many training organisations, Azteck's training programmes are founded on years of experience. When we train on a subject, the delegates can be sure that we have BOTH trained in the subject and managed departments for many years. The trainer has personally implemented the proposed techniques in many companies; while clients and third party authorities alike have universally praised Azteck's systems.

In many training organisations, inexperienced trainers present formularic material written by someone else. If a young 'salesman yesterday, trainer today' stands up to train your delegates, ask them how many years they have been managing in that discipline. Azteck's associates are normally over 50, they combine the energy of a 10 year old with the experience of their years. We never permit someone to present someone else's programme.

Our preferred style is 'interactive workshops', where we facilitate a learning programme. Delegates can expect to contribute and can expect to go away with greater confidence and knowledge.

Conference Speaking

Nic Williamson and other Azteck associates are in demand nationally for their conference and seminar presentations. Subjects are wide and varied but centre on management skills and techniques.
